I do not feel my question was ever answered and that the tutor and I struggled to get on the same page. His approach was structured and mathmatical when I was looking more for tips on stress management assuming life is already stressful. Again he did fine his approach was not connecting to my question in my opinion. Or connecting in a way I felt the topic and subtopic eluded to.
