This tutor helped me during a one hour session and my issue was still unresolved. Using a tutor program that does not have audio or allow for the IT expert to share your screen so they may take control of your program for the user to have an effective one on one experience is fruitless. I would only recommend this service to a friend because this is all you have available for an immediate help desk environment, without sound or verbal communication.
