Arkansas Baptist College, a small liberal arts school in Little Rock, aims for spiritual development alongside scholarship, social responsibility, and career growth. Known locally as the home of the Buffalos, ABC offers nine bachelor’s degrees and seven associate degrees across Business Administration, Religious Studies, Social and Behavioral Sciences, and Performing Arts.
Students at ABC have myriad opportunities to customize their education and put it to use, even before graduation. Interdisciplinary students in the Religious Studies program have the option to expand their educational scope with courses in music, community leadership, social justice, and business, while performing arts students can specialize in music or music business. The Business program offers concentrations in administration, accounting, entrepreneurship, and even sports management. Urban planning students are given the opportunity to hone their skills by directly collaborating on development projects with the city of Little Rock. And the Derek Olivier Research Institute at ABC provides action-oriented solutions to prevent violence in communities across America.
