Closest airport is located in Sioux City, an hour's drive from Storm Lake. BVU Rides runs daily for students to catch a ride into town to places like Wal-Mart, Hy Vee, gas stations and restaurants. The taxi service in town can pick you up anytime as well.

LOCAL ACCOMMODATIONS

Local accommodations: Kings Pointe Resort is higher priced, offers indoor and outdoor waterparks, restaurant, lake access, family suites available. 712-213-4500. Super 8 Motel offers inexpensive to moderate prices. The hotel is very close to campus and restaurants in the downtown area. 712-732-3063. Sail Inn offers inexpensive to moderate prices, with rooms that have great view of Storm Lake and the bike trail. The Sail Inn is very close to campus. 712-732-1160.
