From Northwest, North or Northeast: Take I-80 East or West to Exit 15. Go East to Rt. 11 South. Take Rt. 11 South to East Liverpool, Ohio, then take Rt. 7 South. Follow Rt. 7 South to Steubenville (approx. 1/2 hour). As you approach the city, there is a large retaining wall that runs along Rt. 7. Take the exit for Rt. 22 East: Pittsburgh/University Blvd. This exit "hugs" the retaining wall. Continue along the retaining wall and follow the signs for University Boulevard. You will intersect University Blvd. at the first stop light. Turn right onto University Blvd. From Boston, Buffalo, and Erie take I-90, not I-80, to Rt. 11. From West, Southwest or South: Take I-70 East or West to Exit 225 (Bridgeport, Ohio). Take Route 7 North to Steubenville (approx. 1/2 hour). Look for the exit for Rt. 22 East: Pittsburgh/University Blvd. You will be turning left at the stoplight. You are now on University Blvd. From Southeast or East: Take I-76 (Pennsylvania Turnpike ) East or West to Exit 6. Take Rt. 22 West (also 376 West and 279 South) Follow the signs for 279 South (Airport) through Pittsburgh. You will proceed through the Fort Pitt Tunnels. Continue for approx. 10 miles. Look for the exit for Rt.22 West: Weirton/Rt.30. Take Rt.22 West for about 30 miles. You will cross over the Veteran's Memorial Bridge and into Ohio. Follow the signs for University Blvd./Rt. 7 South. At the first stop light run right onto University Blvd.
