TYPES OF TRANSPORTATION AVAILABLE TO CAMPUS

Closest airport is 5 miles from main campus: Newark Liberty International. University shuttle(s) available between main and east campus. By Train: NJ Transit?s Union Train station (Raritan Valley Line) is adjacent to campus. The Elizabeth Station is located on West Grand Avenue, one block west of Broad Street in Elizabeth, N.J., which is just two miles from campus by bus or taxi. The NJ Transit Northeast Corridor and North Jersey Coast line trains stop there. For further information about rail or bus schedules visit www.njtransit.com By Bus: NJ Transit #52 and #26 between Elizabeth and Springfield pass the Campus on Morris Avenue. NJ Transit #113 between Plainfield and Port Authority Bus Terminal, New York, stops at Salem Road and Morris Avenue.

From the Garden State Parkway Northbound: Take Garden State Parkway to Exit 140, keep right and follow signs for Route 82 East towards Elizabeth (Morris Avenue East). Stay on Morris Avenue (Route 82 East) and Kean University Campus will be 2 miles down on your right. Southbound: Take Garden State Parkway to Exit 140-A onto Route 22 West. Keep right and follow signs to Elizabeth (Route 82 East). Turn right on Morris Avenue (Route 82 East).
